Another Melt Productions x Melt Weddings collab, our team were approached at the start of 2024 as our clients wanted a company they could trust to help deliver a large-scale, multi-religious, high-end wedding for over 200 guests that were travelling to the UK from across the globe.

The planning of this particular wedding was no mean feat, particularly from a logistical side.

The wedding took place across four venues in central Bath; St John the Evangelists Church, The Guildhall, The Roman Baths and finally, The Pump Rooms.

Not only this, the biggest challenge was the fact this wedding was taking place on a Saturday during the Bath Christmas Markets, a time when Bath is at it’s busiest, over 450,000 visitors attended the Markets last Christmas!

Not ones to turn away a challenge, of course, we said “YES”!

With the couple themselves based in New York, the planning and production was planned across multiple time-zones, with the Melt Weddings team taking the reins.

Melt Productions were asked to deliver all things Production, including all sound, lighting and decor elements. Installing our kit into such prestigious venues was a dream come true!

The added curveball to the day, was that Storm Darragh hit the South-West particularly hard the day before, therefore we’re sending a heartfelt thank you to the incredible team of suppliers who worked tirelessly behind the scenes to bring this unforgettable day to life for this stunning couple.

The day was a huge success and was delivered seamlessly by both the MP and MW teams.
